St. Cloud, MN – The National Collegiate Hockey Conference has released the composite schedule for 2024-25, including post-season dates. The St. Cloud State University conference schedule of 24 games includes four games each with North Dakota, Minnesota-Duluth, Omaha, and Colorado College. Two games are scheduled with Denver, Arizona State, Western Michigan, and Miami.
The addition of Arizona State University to the league on July 1, 2024, adds a destination venue, an additional footprint in the far west, and extra mass market exposure to a school with the seventh largest enrollment in the USA. It also created the need to shuffle the playoff format and the league schedule to a “Pod” format with units of three playing each other four times a season. For the league playoffs, it created a play-in game between the 8th and 9th seeds at the top seed’s venue on Wednesday before the quarterfinals.

The schedule and dates for non-conference games should be announced soon. We do know SCSU will be traveling to Ann Arbor, Michigan to face Big 10 opponent Michigan Wolverines on October 18/19, 2024, at Yost Arena.
