St. Cloud, MN – For those attending the Sunday, October 3rd contest between St. Cloud State University and the University of St. Thomas the Xcel Energy Center has posted some “Know Before You Go” information posted below.

To avoid any disruptions in your plans and frustration upon arrival, here are fan requirements for Sunday’s game:

Mobile Entry

Pro-tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone’s “wallet” and have a fully charged battery.
Mobile tickets are like an airline boarding pass that can be accessed with a smartphone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile site in a QR code format and scanned at the gate for entry. Once you are within 48 hours of your event, log on to your Ticketmaster account and add the mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet app. Once you have added to the app, your QR code will be accessible for entry. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates. Guests are reminded to fully charge their smartphones prior to arriving at the venue in order to access mobile tickets.

More information on Mobile Entry is here

Face Coverings

Face coverings are requested for all guests regardless of vaccination status. Proof of vaccination or negative test result is not required to attend this event.

Bag Policy

NO BAGS are permitted inside the arena to help reduce staff touchpoints and expedite entry times for guests. This includes clutches, clear bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc. Guests arriving at the venue with these items will be asked to return them to their car. Medical and diaper bags are permitted at Gate 1 and are subject to x-ray screening. A small wallet in a pocket or on a lanyard is permitted.

Cash is Not Accepted

Only credit card and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted for box office, concessions, retail, and parking transactions. Cash is not accepted.

Construction Alert

There are several lane and ramp closures off of Interstate 94 heading into St. Paul. Please refer to the MNDOT information here
